	Albert Wesker ❧ Resident Evil ❧ president_evil I’m so excited to work with him. I just hope I won’t hold him back, though he seems perfectly willing to help me out despite my inexperience. He’s a friendlier man than I thought he would be. While that doesn’t say much at all, I believe I can work with him—and that’s more important than mere companionship. Not to say that I have no warm feelings for him; he's one of the few I've met with whom I feel a kinship.
	Gary Epps ❧ OC ❧ a_minute_younger Such an interesting young man. And he’s been so sweet in marketing himself to the Capitol the way he does—it’s not that I don’t want to lift a finger to help him, but he just does all the work himself so well. He’s somewhat loud and strange, but I meant it when I said he was interesting and that takes the edge off of the fact that he sometimes feels like a one-man circus. While there may be no solid use for him, he’s at least entertaining.
	Haruto Soma ❧ Kamen Rider Wizard ❧ wizardplease  It’s so disappointing that he had to leave us—not that I would ever question the decision not to revive someone, of course. He was a sweet, understanding boy while he was here, at least. I believe we could have worked with him and I’m disappointed that I may never get to discover more about his wizardry.
	Altair ibn La-Ahad ❧ Assassin's Creed ❧ theflyingone  I cannot condone his attitudes or his actions. If trained properly, he could put on quite a pleasant show in the Arena, but he has much to learn in terms of the ways of the world. I’d find him an entertaining train wreck if he weren’t attached to my District and thus my name. The sooner this one falls into the Arena dust and stays down, the better. All the same… I’d like to have him not too upset with me, in case his skills prove useful.
	FitzChivalry Farseer ❧ Realm of the Elderlings ❧ witbastard  Is he not learning so well? I admit I was concerned about his rather… undisciplined entry into our world, but he has shown repentance and intelligence and should come around soon. He’s shrewd enough and I hope that will be enough to protect his reputation—and, by extension, mine. I do hope that his intellectual interests are as real as he suggests, as I would love another reader.
	Emily Finch ❧ The Hunger Games ❧ conifer  A model Mentor. Her Tributes are lucky to have her at the helm of their District. I so admire her love for her District and her skills both in the Arena and with the tools of her mother’s trade. She seems like a sweet woman, but, more than that, she’s intelligent. I’m glad for that, else I would be sorely lacking in decent company here—and I suppose I would have to be concerned about her well-being in this tricky place. And I shouldn’t get into that habit, even if she tempts me.
	Leonidas Cora ❧ The Hunger Games ❧ lionhearted_victor  The Districts and the Capitol must work together for the good of Panem and Mr. Cora exemplifies that ideal. I daresay his training is just as fine as what could be expected from any Mentor and I have never seen him give less than his fullest service for his nation. I’ve never put much stock in the idea that Districters are inherently inferior and he vindicates me in that. He’s sharp; too sharp for me to drop my guard around him. I do enjoy his company, though. I find it honestly a pity that he never got to compete.
	Jason Compson IV ❧ The Sound and the Fury ❧ whatisay  The poor dear. I know his rants and ravings may come across as silly, but he is not undeserving of some pity. The less I say about him, the better.
	Quintus Falxvale ❧ The Hunger Games ❧ lex_paciferat I’m glad that we in the Capitol are protected by a man so clearly vigilant and capable. Just his presence makes me feel safe and I hope he considers me a friend as I consider him. He’ll be watching the rest of us and I’ll be watching him. A man with that much power can be just as dangerous as he is intriguing. All the same, he’s a fine conversationalist and enjoyable company. Listening to him opens up faraway worlds for me.
	Sigma Klim ❧ Virtue's Last Reward ❧ futilecycle  He made quite an impression on the first meeting. I would love to see him again, though I know he’s very busy; one can tell from the Arenas that he puts all of his efforts into his work. Gentlemen are so very rare here. That means he’s a treasure himself as well as a wise investment for the future.
	Tiffany Dogget ❧ Orange is the New Black ❧ tucky  A dear. I admit, I wish she were in my District; I’m sure District 1 will see some excellent performances from her. Perhaps she’ll be the one to continue the tradition of the Careers. She seems comfortable with life here and eager to please—both assets. Her other uses remain to be seen, but I’ll have my eyes on her.
	Captain Jack Sparrow ❧ Pirates of the Caribbean ❧ drinkupmehearties  He highlights rather nicely the unique benefits to Off-world Tributes, does he not? The stories he tells are all the more enchanting for how bizarre they are. I will be very vexed if he’s allowed to fall permanently in an Arena. He’s utterly fascinating and shouldn’t be wasted like that. I don’t often like to admit that I’m surprised, but he does indeed surprise me. Who would have thought he’d have an educated mind beneath that matted head? That’ll teach me to judge a book by its cover, though I suppose I win anyway in that I now have another person with brains to speak with.
	Cyrus Reagan ❧ The Hunger Games ❧ currupted  Am I allowed to have a favorite cabinet member? He would certainly be in the running with his unflinching dedication and wisdom. We didn’t keep much in touch since our childhoods, but I’ll always have fond memories of him. He made those insufferable parties... well, sufferable. As an adult, I think he's doing a fine job in his position.
